The Mega 3 contract is a competitively awarded vehicle with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for purposes of providing information technology and automated litigation support services to DOJ offices, boards, and divisions, as well as other federal government agencies.
Litigation support encompasses a wide range of professional services and products that help attorneys acquire, organize, develop, and present evidence throughout the course of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through complaint, discovery, and trial, to post-trial briefs and the appeals process.
As a subcontractor to CACI, Turbo Systems currently supports the staffing needs of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by providing legal and technical experts in the scope of Paralegals, Systems Analyst, Help Desk Personnel, Document Management Analyst, Technical Writers, Project Managers, and Programmers.
Turbo Systems is responsible for recruiting and screening qualified resources in a timely matter to help support large contract needs. When CACI needed to immediately source hundreds of candidates across the US to support the SEC, they turned to us. With our current candidate resume database and affiliations with several recruitment firms across the country, we were able to quickly and efficiently provide the right candidates within the time frame expected.

We are continuously selected by Accenture to provide highly skilled experts in various positions including programming, case processing, financial analysis, administration, and project management in support of the entire debt collection management system. Over the past five years, we have continuously met all of their requirements within their timeframe and budget. Our approach for recruiting and hiring the best candidates has made us one of the preferred IT staffing providers for Accenture. We currently support Accenture at the Nationwide Central Intake Facility, as directed by the Accenture Project Manager performing services including or pertaining to the following:
