International Turbo Systems has had the privilege of being the information management technical advisor to the DOJ Debt Collection Management (DCM) Department.

Turbo Systems is the only firm that has remained involved in the migration and/or implementation of all IT systems used for the past 20 years by the DOJ to support its DCM. Turbo Systems have consistently received superior performance ratings from the DOJ DCM division.

Turbo Systems competes against employment agencies, temporary agencies, and recruiting agencies, yet Turbo Systems employees and services continue to deliver the preferred vendor status with the larger government contractors. CACI


The Mega 3 contract is a competitively awarded vehicle with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for purposes of providing information technology and automated litigation support services to DOJ offices, boards, and divisions, as well as other federal government agencies.

Litigation support encompasses a wide range of professional services and products that help attorneys acquire, organize, develop, and present evidence throughout the course of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through complaint, discovery, and trial, to post-trial briefs and the appeals process.

As a subcontractor to CACI, Turbo Systems currently supports the staffing needs of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by providing legal and technical experts in the scope of Paralegals, Systems Analyst, Help Desk Personnel, Document Management Analyst, Technical Writers, Project Managers, and Programmers.

Turbo Systems is responsible for recruiting and screening qualified resources in a timely matter to help support large contract needs. When CACI needed to immediately source hundreds of candidates across the US to support the SEC, they turned to us. With our current candidate resume database and affiliations with several recruitment firms across the country, we were able to quickly and efficiently provide the right candidates within the time frame expected.

Turbo Systems’ working relationship with CACI goes back to 1996 when Turbo Systems’ staff was directly responsible for the implementation and support of a nationwide centralized debt collection system. Today, we are CACI-preferred staffing agency for the MEGA contract. Our proven customer service and our approach to recruiting and hiring the best candidates have earned us that position.

Accenture


ITSI has worked with Accenture for the last five years as a staff augmentation contractor. We are continuously selected by Accenture to provide highly skilled experts in various positions including programming, case processing, financial analysis, administration, and project management in support of the entire debt collection management system. Over the past five years, we have continuously met all of their requirements within their timeframe and budget. Our approach for recruiting and hiring the best candidates has made us one of the preferred IT staffing providers for Accenture. We currently support Accenture at the Nationwide Central Intake Facility, as directed by the Accenture Project Manager performing services including or pertaining to the following:

  • Screen cases for accuracy and completeness according to government guideline, using the CCLR
  • Forward failed cases to referring agency within 5 days and completed cases to Litigation within 5 days
  • Produce letters and forms such as demand, acknowledgement and any other type of cover letters in order to secure payments
  • Review and quality control case information
  • Process corrections based on established business rules
  • Quality-check tasks assigned by the case processing supervisor
  • Apply the payments to the debtor accounts
  • Research unidentified payments
  • Reconcile the bank receipts, manual deposits to system
  • Review the payment disbursement file for accuracy
  • Forward manual deposits to the treasury depository
  • Train and coach team members on best practices
  • Quality-check tasks assigned by the financial processing supervisor
  • Log all mail received in mailroom
  • Forward mail to applicable processing area by verifying the judicial district
  • Assemble and mail debtor statements based on predetermined intervals
  • Download files and send to appropriate parties for processing
  • Support handling of NCIF contact center and processing inquiries and referrals

ITSI was selected for meeting the level of expertise needed by the Ford Motor Company for its debt collection management consultant needs. We provided consultants for migration support of their (COTS) debt collection RMS system.
